Agile Software Development Using Scrum

About

According to a recent study, Scrum and its variations (Scrum + Extreme Programming, Scrum + Kanban) is used by almost three quarters of the teams developing software using Agile principles. It has repeatedly proven its value in bringing business people and developers together to create customer centric, value driven products. If you are considering adopting Scrum, or you feel that you’re agile in spirit, but would like to better understand the various techniques and principles, come to this training.

It’s a two-days, hands-on workshop that aims to teach the Scrum framework with a real example. Teams are encouraged to prepare with examples from their applications, but we can provide an example product to work on. To achieve optimal results, we recommend the participation of the entire team (Product Owner, programmers, testers, business analysts etc.).
