Certified Scrum Product Owner

Expand your knowledge on Agile/Scrum product development and project management with this Certified Scrum Product Ownertraining.

About

This intermediate-level training is recommended to any and all profiles who wish to deepen their knowledge of Scrum with a focus on the role of Product Owner and the management of agile product development. It is advised to have taken a basic or introductory training beforehand (CSM or equivalent).

For in-house trainings, course content can be focussed according to the client’s perspective, such as using real internal case studies for the exercises and discussions.

CSPO training provides an applied understanding of the Scrum process and helps participants begin to develop the tools, insights, and skills required to apply Scrum on their projects and across their organizations.

Who should attend

The CSPO is for managers, analysts, product managers, and anyone interested in working on or with a Scrum team. You will leave with solid knowledge of how and why Scrum works. Through practical, hands-on exercises and small-group discussion you will be prepared to plan your first (or next) sprint immediately after this class. ScrumMasters can benefit from this course, because they must coach Product Owners in these skills.
