BuildScaleOptimize - corner

Last night, in Bucharest, technical leaders, software architects, managers and people interested in technical leadership practices met at TechHub. It was a special event where they found out:

  • technical leadership practices
  • a bit about how to learn them
  • a bit about how to apply them

Alexandru Bolboaca welcomed the audience with a few words about the main challenges as architect, CTO or  technical lead, from his experience.

He continued with the talk “Winning Technical Strategy for your Product and Teams” where he presented 7 technical leadership practices.
