    Mattias Skarin

    Lean & Kanban Coach

    Mattias Skarin is an experienced kanban practitioner and trainer. He has used kanban to improve everyday life in multiple teams stretching from development to operations and support. He is co-author to the book Kanban and Scrum – making the most of both and an experienced speaker at Lean and Kanban conferences. In 2011 he was one of the Brickell Key award nominees at the Lean Software and Systems conference in Long Beach.
