Maria works in technology for almost 20 years, both locally and abroad. As part of Mozaic Works team, she helps organizations of all sizes improve their business agility and increase their team members skills. Starting 2004 Maria is following Agile Lean principles and is applying various methods of work for achieving improved results, at both business and organisational sides. Since then, as part of her professional path, she mentored and coached for performance international teams and managers from various industries. Maria loves to share from her knowledge and experience. Active in international communities, from 2007 she founded and coordinated 7 Agile Lean Software craftsmanship communities in Romania, that are active since (AgileWorks Community).

• Worked with small, medium and large companies from more than 10 countries, including France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, US, Belgium and Romania

• Had the roles of: software developer, team leader, technical lead, project manager, manager, Scrum Master (CSM in 2008, certified by Jeff Sutherland), Agile-Lean coach and trainer, executive coach, start-ups mentor, business adviser

• Helps teams to achieve improved results and higher quality faster by adopting various agile practices

• Involved as a trainer and coach in Agile and Lean transformations in small and large organizations

• Speaker at international conferences on topics as: Building Long Term Innovative Teams, High Performing Teams, Bussiness Agility, Agile-Lean Management, etc.
