Maria works in technology for almost 20 years, both locally and abroad. As part of Mozaic Works team, she helps organizations of all sizes improve their business agility and increase their team members skills.
Starting 2004 Maria is following Agile Lean principles and is applying various methods of work for achieving improved results, at both business and organisational sides. Since then, as part of her professional path, she mentored and coached for performance international teams and managers from various industries.
Maria loves to share from her knowledge and experience. Active in international communities, from 2007 she founded and coordinated 7 Agile Lean Software craftsmanship communities in Romania, that are active since (AgileWorks Community).
