Prior to joining Applied Frameworks, Carlton was the President of Look Forward Consulting, an Agile consulting and training firm. Long before that, Carlton worked at&nbsp;SAIC,&nbsp;Exxon, and&nbsp;Cardinal Health.<br><br>As Chief Product Owner at Applied Frameworks, Carlton is responsible for the&nbsp;Applied Frameworks Online Academy, the first Scrum Alliance\u00ae-approved online training program for advanced certification.<br><br>His passion is to share his excitement, enthusiasm, and encouragement with teams and organizations as they reach higher levels of performance and engagement. His business is to help the business&nbsp;<strong>grow<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>flourish<\/strong>. &nbsp;<br><br>Carlton has over eighteen years of industry experience working side-by-side with his clients to improve quality, increase productivity, build great teams, and apply Lean Thinking to software programs.
