About Us

Founded in 2008 by Maria Diaconu, Mozaic Works is an award winning company with its headquarters in Bucharest, Romania, and presence through partners in more than 10 European countries.

During 18 years of Mozaic Works, we have worked with customers from 15 European countries and US, and helped them improve their strategy, the way they build products, and their agility.

Due to our team belief that there is a better way to traditional approach in education, we are continuously creating practical learning programs to meet the needs of our learners and their ask to stay relevant and adaptive in the current world and for the future.

What We Do

We work on three main pillars: Strategy, Product, Architecture & Security, and help teams and organisations equip with skills, mindsets, and tools for adaptiveness and success.

Our team is sharing from their international experience and the trainers are teaching the methods we have practiced for decades.

The advisers and trainers are subject matter experts, sharing applied industry knowledge to help learners practice and apply immediately what they learn during our interactive, hands-on learning programs.

The learners can start to apply immediately in production the newly learnt frameworks, techniques, and practices.

With over 25 years international experience, Alex is a passionate creator and polyglot programmer, senior trainer and advisor, and published author.
As part of the CTO role, he runs the Mozaic Works infrastructure using the same techniques and tools that he teaches to our customers. Alex enjoys helping teams and organisations to understand and build strategies for improved agility, built-in quality, and motivation.
