Ari has an MSc in structural mechanics. He is now the Co-Founder of Gosei Oy. From 1990 to 1996 he developed embedded real time systems for Metso and Nokia. Around 1997 he became full-time organizational therapist, co-leading a three-year cultural change program and delivering a 10 day training program for 150 program managers.

Since 2006 he has contributed to Agile adoptions for Nokia and later for medical, financial, security and game sectors. He has been working with LeSS and SAFe approaches. The last two years has been intensive integration of Lean, Agile, coaching and Lean Startup. Ari’s favorite interest is the organizational culture and patterns.
