Ioana is a people and business growth enthusiast. She has been part of numerous projects and teams, most of which related to the IT sector, where she dedicated her time and knowledge to streamline growth issues:

  • Organizer of the ICUBE Technology Innovation Competition
  • Project Manager at Stagii pe Bune, an internship program for IT students
  • Project Manager / Business Consultant for local and international IT companies
This experience has offered her a deep understanding of the challenges within the IT companies and teams. Being passionate about the matter, she researched this subject during a PhD at the Politehnica University, Bucharest and University Dauphine, Paris. In order to add in the human factor, she started to look for tools to support teams and organizations to communicate more efficiently and positive, in order to achieve their goals. After discovering Process Communication Model®, which nicely completed the circle, she became a Certified Trainer under John Parr’s incredible and inspirational supervision, and has started to support the healthy and organic development of people and their businesses through PCM® trainings and consultancy.
